Description
During the availability session, EPA representatives will answer questions. The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy will participate. During the hearing, you may comment orally to EPA on the draft permits. EPA may limit the time for speakers depending on the number of people who want to speak. EPA will respond to all significant comments on EPA’s draft permits after the comment period closes. Responses will address comments received during the original and current comment periods. EPA initiated the original comment period on April 1st, 2026.
