Certification Statement for Design for the Environment Logo for Pesticide Products
To apply for the Design for the Environment (DfE) logo on a pesticide product, the registrant must include in its application, for a new product registration or amendment to an existing product registration, a signed certification statement agreeing to EPA’s terms and conditions for using the DfE logo. If the registrant violates any of those terms and conditions, the registrant agrees to take specific corrective actions as described in the DfE certification statement.
