Nett Lake Wastewater Stabilization Lagoon NPDES Permit MN-0059447-6

Summary

In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, proposes to reissue a NPDES permit for the discharge from the Nett Lake Wastewater Stabilization Lagoon located on the Bois Forte Indian Reservation, St. Louis County, Nett Lake, Minnesota (S ½ of Section 18, T65N, R21W), to a wetland area that drains to Nett Lake, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions. EPA is public noticing this tentative decision to reissue the permit.
