NPDES General Permit for Offshore Seafood Processors in Alaska

Permittees: Please send Notices of Intent (NOIs), updated NOIs, and any other permit-related notices (e.g., notice to transfer or terminate coverage) to Sally Goodman (goodman.sally@epa.gov). Please attach compliance-related and enforcement-related notices or reports to Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) submittals in NetDMR if this option is available, or otherwise submit to Jason Rodriguez (rodriguez.jason@epa.gov).

Below are EPA's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit and supporting documents for seafood processors operating and discharging in federal waters off the coast of Alaska.

Effective date: July 17, 2019
Modified: April 28, 2021 (effective June 2, 2021)
Permit expires: July 16, 2024 (administratively continued for current permittees)

Issuance of the permit modification was published in the Federal Register on May 3, 2021. The original permit was published in the Federal Register on June 17, 2019.
