NPDES General Permit for Offshore Seafood Processors in Federal Waters Off the Washington and Oregon Coast

Until further notice, please send Notices of Intent (NOIs), updated NOIs, and any other permit-related notices (e.g., notice to transfer or terminate coverage) to Sally Goodman (goodman.sally@epa.gov). Please attach compliance-related and enforcement-related notices or reports to Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) submittals in NetDMR if this option is available, or otherwise submit to Jason Rodriguez (rodriguez.jason@epa.gov).
