NPDES Permit for Fort Carson Wastewater Treatment Facility in Colorado

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number CO-0021181, the United States Department of the Army, Fort Carson, in authorized to discharge from its sewage treatment plant in El Paso County, Colorado, to Clover Ditch, a tributary of Fountain Creek.

The EPA accepted public comment on the draft reissuance of this permit through April 6, 2026.
