NPDES Permit for Lower Brule Wastewater Lagoon System in South Dakota

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number SD-0020800, the Lower Brule Sioux Tribe is authorized to discharge from its wastewater lagoon system serving the town of Lower Brule, located on the Lower Brule Reservation at 44.07167° N, 99.57361° W in Lyman County, South Dakota, to the bank of the Missouri River (Lake Sharpe).
