NPDES Pretreatment Discharge Requirements for Metal Container Corporation - Windsor Can Plant in Colorado

The Metal Container Corporation-Windsor Can Plant is a manufacturer of aluminum beverage containers, which includes stamping, cupping, drawing and ironing, trimming, can washing, application of ink, necking and quality control/quality assurances processes. Metal Container is authorized under the Pretreatment Notice of Discharge Requirements, C0-PF00102 to discharge the wastewaters generated from these manufacturing processes and treated to the Town of Windsor’s publicly owned treatment works (POTW). Authorization for discharge in the documents is limited to only those outfalls specifically listed in the notice of discharge requirements below:
