The Metal Container Corporation-Windsor Can Plant is a manufacturer of aluminum beverage containers, which includes stamping, cupping, drawing and ironing, trimming, can washing, application of ink, necking and quality control/quality assurances processes. Metal Container is authorized under the Pretreatment Notice of Discharge Requirements, C0-PF00102 to discharge the wastewaters generated from these manufacturing processes and treated to the Town of Windsor’s publicly owned treatment works (POTW).
