Summary
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the Stockbridge-Munsee Community is authorized by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, to discharge from a treatment facility operated by the Stockbridge-Munsee Utilities Department designated as the Stockbridge-Munsee Community Wastewater Ponds located within the Stockbridge-Munsee Indian Reservation in Shawano County, Bartelme Township, Bowler, Wisconsin (NE ¼ of Section 16, Township 48N, Range 13E), to the West Branch of the Red River, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions.
