Summary
In compliance with the provisions of the Clean Water Act, as amended, the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5, proposes to reissue an NPDES permit for a discharge from the White Earth Wastewater Stabilization Lagoon No. 2 located at the White Earth Reservation, Becker County, White Earth, Minnesota (Section 27, Township 142N, Range 41W), designated to an unnamed slough that flows into Rat Farm Lake, in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions. EPA is public noticing this tentative decision to reissue the permit.
