Final Closure Letter for Administrative Complaint Numbers 03R-07-R9, 10R-07-R9 and 01R-11R9
On June 7, 2017, ECRCO issued a Closure Letter for Administrative Complaint Nos. 03R-07-R9, 10R-07-R9, and 01R-11-R9, involving the Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD). The complaints alleged generally that MCAQD violated Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the EPA’s nondiscrimination regulation found at 40 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Part 7.
