EPA Region 6 implements the regulations for the processing, distribution, use, cleanup, storage, and disposal of PCBs under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, and also provides support for TSCA compliance.
