Before printing, please make sure the background colors and images is check. 

  • IE Browser
  • Firefox browser
  • Chrome (only applies when certificate is ready to print)

IE Browser

  1. From the menu bar (may need to click the Alt button on the keyboard), select File then Page setup.
  2. Under Paper Options, check (if not already) "Print Background Colors and Images" box.

Firefox Browser

  1. From the menu bar (may need to click the Alt button on the keyboard), select File then Page Setup.
  2. In the Format & Options tab under Options, check (if not already) "Print Background (colors and images)" box.

Google Chrome Browser

  1. The Print window will appear.
  2. Expand More settings.
  3. Under Options, check (if not already) "Background Graphics" box.

Print the certificate and save for your records.
