EPA alleges that the respondent failed to comply with the Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity (#AKR06AA89) at its AggPro Site. The permit covers discharges of pollutants into Lemon Creek.
