Final Decision for a Non-Waste Determination: UPM Blandin and Allete/Minnesota Power's Fiber Core Materials
On May 21, 2019, EPA made a final decision granting a September 27, 2017 application submitted jointly by UPM Blandin and Allete/Minnesota Power for a non-waste determination under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act's Non-Hazardous Secondary Materials Rule found at title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations in section 241.3(c).
