What is the Implication of the Proposed Action on Small Entities?
Entities potentially regulated by this rulemaking include those relevant to 59 conditions of use that EPA determined present an unreasonable risk, including domestic manufacturing, import, processing uses of PCE, repackaging and recycling, industrial and commercial uses of PCE (such as solvents for cleaning or degreasing, adhesives and sealants, lubricants and greases, paints and coatings, dry cleaning, and in a variety of cleaning products), consumer uses (such as cleaners and degreasers, adhesives and sealants, paints and coatings, lubricants and greases, arts and crafts glue, dry cleaning, and other miscellaneous uses), and disposal.
