Virtual Public Hearing for Small Off-road Engine (SORE) Authorization Request
EPA is holding a virtual public hearing on June 27, 2023, beginning at 10:00 a.m. EST, to provide interested parties the opportunity to present testimony, such as data, views, or other comments concerning the Notice regarding California’s Small Off-road Engine (SORE) regulation.
Individuals wishing to attend and/or testify at the hearing should register at Zoom.
Testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per speaker. Individuals should register to testify at the hearing. Registration will be open through the start of the hearing, but we ask that you please register no later than June 20, 2023.
During the hearing, EPA will provide live transcription services and translation services for Spanish speakers. Individuals that don't plan to testify are also welcome to attend the hearing.
