CHAPTER 14, EFFECTIVE DATE, approved by the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission on December 3, 2004, and submitted to EPA February 3, 2005.
Approved by EPA April 12, 2007 (72 FR 18394) effective May 14, 2007 (ARd07) AR001.

CHAPTER  15:  EFFECTIVE DATE
CHAPTER 14, EFFECTIVE DATE, moved to CHAPTER 15, EFFECTIVE DATE, and Chapter 14 was replaced with new CHAPTER 14, CAIR NOx OZONE SEASON TRADING PROGRAM GENERAL PROVISIONS.
Approved by the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission on June 22, 2007, and submitted to EPA August 10, 2007.
Approved by EPA September 26, 2007 (72 FR 54556) effective November 26, 2007 (ARd08) AR002.

CHAPTER 15, EFFECTIVE DATE, removed from SIP:
CHAPTER 15, EFFECTIVE DATE, replaced by CHAPTER 15, REGIONAL HAZE, as adopted by the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission December 5, 2008, effective January 25, 2009.
Chapter 15, Regional Haze, approved by EPA March 12, 2012 (77 FR 14604) effective April 11, 2012 (ARd12) AR006.  No new “Effective Date” chapter in Regulation No. 19 was approved.
