Petitions for Reconsideration - Greenhouse Gas Standards and Guidelines for Fossil Fuel-Fired Power Plants
EPA received several petitions for rulemaking and reconsideration for certain provisions Carbon Pollution Standards. EPA carefully reviewed and evaluated each of the issues raised in the petitions for reconsideration based on the Clean Air Act section 307(d)(7)(B) criteria for reconsideration as well as under section 553(e) of the Administrative Procedure Act.
