Questions and Answers for Architectural Coatings Rule

The EPA compiled these questions and answers from inquiries received after the publication of the 1999 final architectural coatings rule, and from questions raised at meetings with industry associations. These questions and asnwers are intended to be an informal means of assistance in understanding and interpreting the rule. For official EPA applicability determinations, however, please contact the appropriate EPA Regional Office as listed in the rule.
