EPA Policy on Consultation with Indian Tribes: Guidance for Discussing Tribal Treaty or Similar Rights
The purpose of this Guidance is to enhance EPA’s consultations under the EPA Policy on Consultation with Indian Tribes in situations where rights reserved or held by Tribes through treaties, statutes, or executive orders may be affected by a proposed EPA action.
