Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Letter Peer Review of 2023 Draft Risk Evaluation for Tris(2-chloroethyl) Phosphate (TCEP)
On December 14, 2023, EPA released the “2023 Draft Risk Evaluation for Tris(2-chlorophyl) Phosphate (TCEP)” and related documents for public comment. The public comment period on the draft risk evaluation and associated supporting documents ended on February 13, 2024.
EPA held a virtual public meeting on March 5, 2024, for peer reviewers and the public to comment on and ask questions regarding the scope and clarity of the draft charge questions for the letter peer review. Click here to view the meeting.
The letter peer review reviewer comments are available in the public docket. Feedback from the letter peer review will be considered in the development of the final TCEP risk evaluation.
