Description of Business or Activity Conducted by the Respondent: Golf Course and Pro-Shop.
Alleged Violations: EPA alleges that Respondent owned and/or operated one (1) large-capacity cesspool ("LCC") in violation of the ban that took effect on April 5, 2005. 40 C.F.R. § 144.88. The alleged LCC was closed and replaced with a septic system that was approved for use by the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Health on July 26, 2017.
