Documents for Class I Permits IN-051-1I-0001, -0002, AND -0003

Gibson County (Indiana).  EPA determined that there should be no impact to drinking water supplies as a result of continued injection via this facility.  EPA determined that public comments submitted did not demonstrate deficiency of the applications based on UIC program requirements.  EPA considered  all comments and made changes to the final permits based on them.  Public comments are addressed in the Response to Comments (below).  Therefore, the final permits are issued to Duke Energy Indiana, LLC.
