The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is making supporting material related to the Dewey-Burdock UIC Permits and Aquifer Exemption available for public access. This material consists of documents listed at 40 CFR § 124.18(b). The Index lists all documents by a document number and provides a description of each document. (Note: please use Index) The list of documents included in this index and the documents available on EPA's website and docket contain certain publicly available materials for the decision to issue UIC permits and an aquifer exemption for the Dewey Burdock project. As such, these documents do not necessarily constitute the administrative record for the decision. The EPA will compile and certify the administrative record if it becomes necessary to do so.
