Class I nonhazardous waste injection facility with one (1) existing well, known as Sousa-1. Until this permit is signed, Sousa-1 will continue to operate under the authority of the original permit, CA192000001. Sousa-1 is located in Section 22, Township 1N, Range 8E, at the S.M.S.
