UIC Class II Permit Application Completeness Review Checklist
The attached checklist is intended primarily for use by Class II well owners and operators in an effort to improve efficiency and transparency in permitting by the EPA in states where EPA implements the Class II program. EPA developed the checklist to clearly communicate the approach EPA takes when conducting a completeness review of Class II permit applications received by the Agency.
