UIC Permit and Aquifer Exemption for Willow Field, Payette County, Idaho

Below is EPA's Class II-Disposal underground injection control (UIC) permit for well DJS 2-14 at Willow Field in Payette County, Idaho.

EPA solicited public comments on the draft permit and aquifer exemption between January 14 and March 30, 2022. We reviewed all comments and responded to all significant comments in the Response to Comments below. Four changes were made to the draft permit based on comments received.
