EV-CIS Document Types
This spreadsheet provides a list of all EV-CIS certification and compliance (i.e., post-certification) document types that can be submitted to EV-CIS for each regulated industry. Some of these document types are required, while others may be optional or conditionally required based upon requirements outlined in the data requirements and business rules posted for each industry. The information in this spreadsheet can be narrowed down by filtering on one or more of the columns. Do this by clicking on the down arrow in the column header for the desired column such as “Certification or Compliance”, “Compliance Program”, or “Industry” and then select the desired values in order to view only the applicable document types for those categories.
