EPA's Draft Permit for MWRA's Deer Island Treatment Plant Outfall and Combined Sewer Overflows, 2023

EPA is re-issuing the MWRA NPDES Permit to discharge treated domestic & industrial wastewater from 43 member communities through the Deer Island Treatment Plant to Mass. Bay & combined overflows from 47 outfalls in Boston Harbor & surrounding tributaries.
