About CHPAC | Committee Members | Meeting Agendas and Comment Letters

EPA’s Children’s Health Protection Advisory Committee (CHPAC) nomination review process is ongoing as the Agency is carefully evaluating all qualified submissions.

Consistent with the requirements under the Federal Advisory Committee Act and EPA policy, the selection process is designed to ensure a balanced and diverse committee with strong representation from state, local, Tribal and private-sector perspectives.

The nomination period is currently closed. EPA will announce new CHPAC members as soon as the selection process is finalized.
