National List of Active EPA-Registered Foreign and Domestic Pesticide and/or Device-Producing Establishments

Related Information

Common Q & A's about the Pesticide Establishment Program

EPA assigns a unique number to each establishment that produces any pesticide, active ingredient or device. This webpage displays the most up-to-date list of active pesticide establishments that have registered with EPA for a pesticide establishment number. The Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requires that each producing establishment must place its EPA establishment number on the label or immediate container of each pesticide, active ingredient or device produced. Please note that an EPA Establishment number appearing on a product label does not signify that the pesticide or device is in compliance with FIFRA. Rather, an EPA establishment number on a pesticide product label identifies the EPA registered location where the product was produced.

The information that is included in the list is:

  • EPA establishment number
  • Establishment name
  • Establishment physical site address, state, zip-code, county and EPA region
  • Establishment Office mailing addresses
  • Company name
  • Company headquarters physical site address
  • Company headquarters mailing addresses

The table is updated every 24 hours.

To search, you may download the table as a spreadsheet by right-clicking within the table and Click “Export Data.”  You may also download the file as a PDF or as an Image.

How do I update my establishment's information?

To maintain your EPA establishment registration the following information is required to be kept current with EPA and you must report to EPA any changes to the following information:

  • Name or Address Change of Company
  • Name or Address Change of Producing Establishment (Note, an establishment’s physical site address cannot be a post-office box (P.O. Box))
  • Type of Ownership Change (individual, partnership, cooperative association, corporation or any organized group of persons whether incorporated or not)

These changes must be submitted to EPA within 30 days after such changes occur:

  • Submit changes in writing on company letterhead or on the 3540-8 form
  • Send information to the appropriate pesticide establishment coordinator

How do I update my official company information?

To maintain your company registration the following information is required to be kept current and you must inform EPA Headquarters/Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) of any changes to Official Company information:

  • For Company Address or Agent changes see How to Report Changes in Company Name or Address
  • Company Ownership changes are submitted on a “Company Transfer Agreement” see a sample under “Sample Transfer Documents” in the Pesticide Registration Manual

You must ALSO inform your pesticide establishment coordinator of any changes mentioned above:

  • Submit changes in writing on company letterhead or on the 3540-8 form
  • Send information to the appropriate pesticide establishment coordinator
