This page contains the small entity compliance guide developed to assist fabricators and laminated product producers in complying with the Formaldehyde Emission Standards for Composite Wood Products final rule. Compliance guides are being updated in Chinese, French, Indonesian, and Portuguese, and will be made available when completed.

Required by the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act of 1996, EPA developed the guides to help small businesses understand the rule, issued under the Toxic Substances Control Act Title VI.  Learn more about regulatory flexibility for small entities.
