How to Apply for Protection Time Graphic

Apply for permission to use the new repellency awareness graphic on product labels of skin-applied insect repellents to help consumers easily identify the repellency time for mosquitoes and ticks. We will review products that apply to use the graphic to ensure that their scientific data meet current testing protocols and standard evaluation processes. Participation in this program is voluntary.

Errors when Accessing Docket Links

Note: If you are using versions 8 or 9 of Internet Explorer, links to some documents may take you to the regulations.gov home page, not the document you are seeking. If you experience this problem, try using another browser or later version of IE. Alternatively, you can right-click on the link and select either “open in a new window” or “copy the link,” which you would then paste into your browser.
