Rule Summary
These actions promulgate national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for the facilities in the gasoline distribution source category. Gasoline distribution facilities transfer and store gasoline as it is distributed from petroleum refineries to gasoline dispensing facilities. Air toxics are released during gasoline cargo tank loading, during gasoline storage, and from leaks from equipment in gasoline service.
