National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) from the Portland Cement Manufacturing Industry Subpart LLL Rule Guidance
Based on revisions to subpart LLL included in the July 25, 2018, final rule, the 2020 guidance document is provided to help users with their electronic reporting requirements. The discussion in this document is intended solely as guidance. It does not impose legally binding requirements on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), state regulators or the regulated industry.
The ability to submit the §63.1354(b)(9) Summary Report is available in the Compliance and Emissions Data Reporting Interface (CEDRI) using the following option: spreadsheet template (with XML schema option coming soon). The current guidance document includes updates to CEDRI instructions and additional clarity regarding rule equations and compliance calculations.
