NPDES Permit for Ketchikan Charcoal Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in Alaska

EPA is proposing to reissue this permit. We are accepting public comments on the draft permit from April 15 through May 30, 2025.

Below is EPA's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for the Charcoal Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in Ketchikan, Alaska. The facility discharges primary treated effluent to Tongass Narrows under a Clean Water Act section 301(h)-modified NPDES permit.
