NPDES Permit for Prairie Knights Casino Wastewater Treatment Facility in North Dakota

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number ND-0031135, the Prairie Knights Casino is authorized to discharge from its wastewater treatment facility located on the Standing Rock Reservation in Sioux County, North Dakota, to an unnamed tributary of Fool Bear Creek, a tributary of the Missouri River.

The EPA accepted public comment on the reissuance of this permit through October 30, 2026.
