NPDES Permit for American Gilsonite Company – Cottonwood Mine in Utah

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number UT-0025259, the American Gilsonite Company is authorized to discharge from its Cottonwood Mine located on the Uintah and Ouray Reservation, in Uintah County, Utah, to an unnamed tributary of Sand Wash and an unnamed tributary of Cottonwood Wash, both of which are tributaries to the White River.
