Regulations for Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Passenger Cars and Trucks

EPA is holding a virtual public hearing on June 2, 2021 to provide interested parties the opportunity to present data, views, or arguments concerning the notice. Testimony will be limited to 3 minutes per speaker.

Individuals should register to attend the hearing, even if they do not speak. EPA will begin registering speakers for the hearing upon publication of the Notice in the Federal Register.

To register to attend or testify at the hearing send an email to SAFE1Hearing@epa.gov with your request.  An email will be sent confirming your registration. 

Shortly before the hearing you will receive another email with information on how to connect to the hearing including a web link and a call in number for those participating by phone.
