Overview

The Summer 2026 RTOC meeting will be in-person with virtual sign-in options. Please refer to the draft agenda for virtual meeting links and specific information about in-person meeting locations. Information on hotel reservations are as follows:

  • Tuesday, September 1: TRIBAL CAUCUS (Tribal representatives only)
  • Wednesday, September 2: FULL PLENARY RTOC
  • Thursday, September 3: OPEN DISCUSSION & BREAKOUT SESSIONS

*Note: In-person registrants, please be aware of our rules for entering a federal government building. All guests will check in/sign in with the security guards in the main lobby. A valid, real ID-compliant, government issued identification card is required to enter all EPA spaces. All guests will be processed through security screening which includes passing through the Magnetometer.

Under General Services Administration rules and Interagency Security Committee standards, weapons and other dangerous items are prohibited in federal facilities. Learn More about visiting the Region 9 Office.
