NPDES Permit for Maher Cattle Company in South Dakota

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit number SD-0034768, the Maher Cattle Company is authorized to discharge and must operate their facility in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other provisions set forth herein. The facility is located on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation in Corson County, South Dakota.
