Proposed Guidance for Pesticide Registrants to Improve Efficiencies

EPA will accept general comments regarding the changes, information on projected cost implications, and feedback on the use of these procedures for 45 days including in docket ID EPA-HQ-OPP-2025-2863. Comments must be received on or before February 19, 2026. The proposed guidance is aimed at improving submissions by saving time and resources for both registrants and the agency.

EPA & Army Corps WOTUS Proposal - Comment Period Closed

EPA and Army Corps are proposing a clear, durable, common-sense definition of “waters of the United States” (WOTUS). Public comments can be submitted on the proposed rule via Regulations.gov to Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OW-2025-0322. The 45-day comment period closed on January 5, 2026.
