Description of Business or Activity Conducted by the Respondent: Fuel tank farm and fueling station
Summary of Alleged Violations: Respondent discharges stormwater and tank bottom draws authorized by Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No. GUF001007. The Respondent discharged wastewater in excess of applicable effluent limitations and failed to adequately maintain its treatment system to control discharge. The Respondent has implemented corrective actions and has returned to compliance.
Proposed Penalty: $6,000
