CWA-09-2021-0001: Unitek Environmental Guam, Piti, Guam

Proposed administrative penalty settlement with Unitek Environmental Guam (Respondent) for violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA) at its facility located in Piti, Guam. EPA alleges the Respondent violated Section 402 of the CWA, 33 U.S.C. § 1342, for discharges of wastewater in excess of applicable effluent limitations and for submitting late discharge monitoring reports. The Respondent has implemented corrective actions and has returned to compliance.
