NPDES Permit for the City of Poplar Wastewater Treatment Facility in Montana

Under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System draft permit number MT0030597, the City of Poplar is authorized to discharge from its wastewater treatment facility located in the Southwest ¼ of Section 7, Township 27N, Range 51E, latitude 48.1059° N and longitude 105.1884° W, Roosevelt County, to the Missouri River in accordance with discharge point(s), effluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth herein. Authorization for discharge is limited to those outfalls specifically listed in the permit.
