Additional Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Views on Outer Continental Shelf Decommissioning Activities at the Chevron U.S.A. Inc. Gail and Grace Platforms
This letter provides EPA’s views regarding the applicability of the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) regulations and requirements under section 328 of the Clean Air Act (CAA or Act) to the decommissioning activities for the Chevron Gail and Grace offshore drilling Platforms located off the coast of Ventura County, California. This letter supersedes a January 19, 2021 letter on the same subject and provides additional analysis on this topic.
