Circuit Court of Appeals challenging the placement of the Rockwell International Wheel & Trim Site in Grenada, Mississippi on the National Priorities List (NPL). This is the first site to be placed on the NPL using the subsurface intrusion component that was added to the Hazard Ranking System (HRS) in May 2017 to account for vapor intrusion.
