8/28-29/2019: Brownfields Workshop -- 2019 Financial Resources for Redevelopment in Oklahoma, Kansas, New Mexico, and Texas

This free Brownfields resources workshop will be co-presented by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and Technical Assistance to Brownfields (TAB) Program at Kansas State University in partnership with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, New Mexico Environment Department, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

This workshop is designed to help you:

  • Learn about financial resources;
  • Focus redevelpment projects to turn abandoned idle properties, including brownfields, into vibrant community spaces (e.g., housing, parks, trails, and job-creating businesses);
  • Hear from state and national leaders on funding and resources available to your community; and,
  • Hear from communities who have successfully applied for and utilized funding.
