EPA Region 3 implements the regulations for the processing, distribution, use, cleanup, storage and disposal of PCBs under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) in Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia, and also provides support for TSCA compliance.
